Not me. My guys all stop making them at around 8 or even 10 gauge. You can often call the information line at your supplier and ask for the e-mail or phone number for whoever does the artistic machining on custom jewelry to get an estimate directly from them. Most will do anything you ask for, but it will cost you. The last three times I have priced custom pieces too large to make by hand (and 6 gauge is), I got quoted prices for one-offs at about what I could have gotten solid gold stock items for. Full customization is expensive.

(An example of what I was seeking the last time I got quotes, was a 2 inch long staple-style surface bar made at 4 gauge with stainless steel that I could try turning suspension piercings into permanent piercings like a couple of the fellows on BME are doing. 485.00 per was the lowest price I got from a reputable manufacturer's customization dept.

If you get the same sort of quotes that I did, you might look at getting 8 gauge stirrups and wearing them strung through a 6 gauge flesh tunnel. But check on the ID vs OD on those items as the tunnels thickness vary a lot and you might need to go to a 10 gauge stirrup if the tunnels are nice and thick.

I have seen a couple of pics of one that size, but either they are using an anchor shackle hoop of some sort ... lots available through marine rigging suppliers in 316L stainless (just use the hoop), or they know a blacksmith or machinist who could turn one out for them.

I used an8 gauge frenum hoop to make an over-sized ampallang hoop at one point, but those things are sort of big for hanging off a nipple barbell.

I think that jewelry manufacturers are trying to simplify their offerings thinking it will increase profits.

Sort of the back-assward thinking that makes my local grocer try to compete against Walmart by dropping all their niche products made locally or regionally to go toe to toe against Walmart with the same national brands they carry. They just fail to think it through, one does not simply compete against Walmart's buying power on price-point alone.

I expect we will see some of the current big name jewelry makers go out of business as everyone's lines get to looking alike with only prices to set them apart. If I am right, then creativity should return as new folks move in to take the dead-guy's places.

All that said, you might find a local piercer that stocks Anatometal's line and see if they special order something for you ... in fact, you ought to try it with our sponsors here!

LeRoi and BodyCircle used to make them but they stopped back in 2012 for some reason.

A long shot, but you might try a custom traditional jeweler.
