Flexible ptfe? I know I am a newb to nips piercing but the suggestion would work perfectly..I just really do not want to remove all body jewelry when I can have something that will do the trick that I can have without removing.

The one item I have never found is what I am looking for.

While your threaded tapers are great, what I would really like for stretching is a taper that is threaded on both ends; makes-up to the size jewelry I have on the smaller end, and to the jewelry I will have in on the other end ~ say 10 gauge barbell in my piercing screwed into the 10g end of the taper, other end of taper at 8g and screwed into the new 8 g jewelry.

If I am doing the stretching myself, the very last thing I want to do is to get all fumble-fingered on the transfer! Of course that means the tapers would be externally threaded to match-up to the internal threading on each piece of jewelry.

Still looking. Only now I have my piercer interested, also.

OK, idea number two, how about tunnels that have enough metal / strength to be used in areas where they would be subjected to some stress.

Specifically thinking of back hafada ladder/guiche piercings where a grown man would be sitting on them while riding a Harley or a horse. Just about everything I have seen seems to be designed to survive in an earlobe environment.

They do, but the only ones I have seen and handled are designed for the stresses encountered in ear lobes, not for sitting on like a guiche piercing gets done to it. Maybe that is a weakness with online shopping, you need to hold the package to gauge the heft of the piece I guess.

I know this forum is to get input from users for ideas of new jewelry. I'm wondering of all the suggestions that have been made here, which have been made a reality?

I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN DOUBLE DIMPLED BEADS.

I agree with the addition of sounds to your product line. I think it would draw more people and I would certainly purchase them here if your prices are competative.
