Unprocessed foods

Take an Acorn squash and poke a few holes in it with a meat fork. Then nuke it for 8 minutes, this depends on your microwave so check it When it is cooked a dinner fork will go into the squash with ease. Let it rest for a while as it will be hot then cut it in half scoop out the seeds, etc. Fill it with Butter, brown sugar, pecans, marshmallows, or whatever you desire. Some just use a little salt. I prefer the other things.

Make sure that you have the holes all the way into the center so the steam can escape or the squash will explode in your microwave.

Exploding squash!! that sounds fun, does it damage your microwave when it explodes? I don't really like to eat squash, although the way you described it sounds good, but i really wanna explode it!!

if you have a toaster oven you can do the same thing just for a longer time and no risk of explosion

You can do it with sweet potatoes and baked potatoes too
